Manage Teams & Logos

Bulk fetch uses each team's Club website field (set on the per-team edit page). Teams without a website are skipped. Fetcher uses Google Favicon API + site scrape (apple-touch-icon / favicon / og:image).
Regenerate HTML re-renders every detailed match report using current team logos — run after a logo fetch to backfill existing reports.
